Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Found and its Premium subscription.

1. Service

Found helps you remember the location of household objects. Detection results and suggested locations must be checked by the user. Found is not a professional, medical, legal, or insurance inventory.

2. Free version

The free version includes every feature and the first 10 object saves. A save is counted only after a new object is added successfully. Editing an object is not counted, and deleting one does not restore a free save.

3. Premium subscription

Found Premium allows unlimited objects for one year. Apple manages payment and renewal. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. No seven-day free trial is offered.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Found only for content you are authorized to photograph and not to misuse the service to analyze unlawful or harmful content or infringe the rights of others.

5. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of online analysis, iCloud, or the App Store. Offline mode can preserve a pending analysis.

6. Liability

You remain responsible for verifying saved information and safeguarding important objects. To the extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for loss resulting from an incorrect location or temporary unavailability.

7. Apple terms

Use of the app is also subject to Apple’s standard end-user license agreement for applications distributed through the App Store.
